THE Falcons JUST Made Their Second MASSIVE Decision!

๐Ÿšจ BREAKING: The Atlanta Falcons just made their SECOND massive coaching hire โ€” and itโ€™s already controversial.

The Falcons have officially hired Tommy Rees as their new Offensive Coordinator, and while a lot of fans arenโ€™t thrilled about this moveโ€ฆ it may actually tell us something VERY important about how Kevin Stefanski views this roster and the direction of this offense.

In this video, I break down:
โœ… Why the Tommy Rees hire might be better than fans think
โœ… What this signals about Kevin Stefanskiโ€™s confidence in Atlantaโ€™s current talent
โœ… How this move reflects the dysfunction of the Cleveland Browns offense last season
โœ… Why this could mean the Falcons are prioritizing player development over star power
โœ… What this says about the overall offensive philosophy moving forward

This isnโ€™t just about one coordinator hire โ€” this is about the identity of the Falcons offense going forward and how Stefanski plans to build around this roster.

Do you like the Rees hireโ€ฆ or are you already worried about the offense?

  1. I'm trusting the process. Coaches are much more than the teams win/loss record, and we can't forget that there needs to be a certain amount of cohesiveness between the coaches.

  2. Something you said about Stefanski stepping in to help his OC if he felt he needed it .A skill Raheem Morris never had. Morris just stood there with a blank look on his face staring up at the scoreboard. I feel better about our team than I have in years.

  3. Bro, WHY ARE YOU YELLING EVERYTHING??????? Jesus Christ, we already have an ass screaming sports takes. I think you probably have fantastic content, but who would know because youโ€™re screaming at everybody.

Be original be yourself. Weโ€™ve already got one clown making bank with this routine. Calm down, have good takes and understand thisโ€ฆ.. We CAN HEAR YOU!

  4. I think you are one of the best, if not the best, Falcons creator(s) on YT. I love how you find the silver lining in everything and are PATIENT, which is sadly almost unheard of anymore. Your excitement shines, and I, for one, am here for it. Subscribed and looking forward to more content!! Thank you for always being real!! โœŒ๐Ÿป๐Ÿ’™

  5. It was definitely the organization and when Dillon Gabriel went down with a concussion, someone in the front office or ownership forced Kevin to start Shadeur Sanders for the rest of the season. Then Stefanski turned over the play calling duties to Reeses. Their schedule got easier at that time too. I don't think there was any way Stefanski was returning to the Browns after last season. This was as much if not more about Kevin walking away from the Browns than it was him being fired. Have you ever quit a job and on your way out the door with your middle finger in the air your old boss says, "You walk out that door, you're fired!" That's what happened in Cleveland. Congratulations Falcons, you're going to win the division this upcoming season.

  6. The * is keeping talent. If we keep staying in our 28-3 slump and never progress to a level of KC, Philly, then we will lose top talent( Bijan) to frustration of never hitting playoffs again. The standard should be playoffs first year for kev. Period.

  7. Hey, I disagree with your analysis. Coach that is significant is offensive line coach Bill Callahan. Which means Kevin Stefanski is going using wide zone, mid zone, and power running schemes, which is great for play action passing game. People tend to forget Bill Callahan can spot weakness in other teams defensives. Coach Stefanski would ask his opinion on what they should do. So don't sweat over Reese, it Bill Callahan that has more influence in the Kevin Stefanski offensive.
