  18. Actually I wouldn't mind giving Cignetti a shot. He's proven himself even before Indiana with his results at J.Madison. He may be one of those generational talents that you have to try before someone else does. Not too many coaches carry over success into NFL but what he did with the blue collar players he had shows a whole lot more than just X's and O's.

  45. My Condolences to you and your family Q.. I love that you keep His memories alive, I truly Believe He Hears every word of it and smiles upon you. .. That Said, I wish the NFL would hold a week before playoffs to hold coaching interviews with any and all teams staff. It seems to me waiting for interviews screws teams.. As it Did to the Raiders Last year.. Just hope it doesn't happen again..

  46. Q, even though i dont know you personally, condolences to you and your family for the loss of your son and think you for keeping his spirit alive. My family and I lost our 28 year old daughter just last October, as she passed on her sleep at her apartment with her boyfriend and 4 kids. We worked together at the same plant here in Ohio, and the last words we said to each other clocking out that evening and her telling me she got approved to leave half a day that upcoming sunday so she could take her kids/my grandkids trick or treating. Answering that door that early Saturday morning being told my beautiful young daughter Taylor had passed away and was at the hospital will forever be etched in my mind. Thank you and the show for bringing us Raider content whenever you can and here's to hoping we are on the right path back to being a competitive, playoff contender year in and year out. I know this was prior to the news, but Minter just signed as HC to the Ravens. God bless to all Raider family
