1. The only caveat with the Randle for KAT thing being the same position was KAT is making a lot more than Randle to be a question mark.

2. KAT in a down year, is still shooting a good percentage from 3’s at 36% as a center. He is the 2nd leading rebounder in the entire NBA and still scoring above 20 ppg. His defensive efficiency is way better than Brunson..go check the STATS!!

28. I wrote here to try to get Jrue a week ago and then again the day before the Post article, so that's probably where the writer got the idea. But I didn't say to trade Kat for Jrue. That doesn't make sense. They need to work a trade that results in them getting JRue and a solid replacement for Kat, someone who can score, create for himself and play solid defense. They may have to trade Deuce and Clarkson and maybe Kolek and Bridges. Some kind of multiteam trade. Westbrook would also be a great backup pg. We get tougher like 2 years ago with much better team chemistry.

33. KAT is obviously very unhappy and disinterested. Maybe it’s the new system. What is clear is this team is going nowhere. The defense and overall team toughness is a joke. We’re as soft as can be. Holiday and Grant will add toughness and defense immediately, but maybe there is a better deal to be made.

43. They only traded Randle because he’s not locker room friendly. Other than that, he brung grit and toughness to the team and was a go to before Brunson came along. The fact when they made Brunson the captain, I knew a trade off of Randle was happening because he was there before Brunson. They snubbed Randle because of his attitude on the court.

44. Give me Zion and Jose Alvarado for Kat. I like motivated players and I think coming to the Knicks would be the motivation and the veteran structure Zion has always needed.
