1. So glad Tiago knows to put limits on an athlete like Deni. Deni's Israeli spirit is to keep going towards the goal post no matter the injury, because we Israelis play like we fight, meaning like every game is our last one. To paraphrase on Golda Meir's famous phrase: "The first game we'll lose, will also be the last one". That is why it is important for Tiago and the coaching staff to, as Tiago put it, save Deni from himself sometimes for the longer run.

4. What this man has done so far with an injured roster is great. With him as HC and a healthy squad, Portland would be top 8 team easy.

For anyone who didn't see the entire game, Tiago yelled at Clingan to "Wake up" right after the first possession of the game. It's clear the team is actually buying in, and as a result are closing games much better than we've seen previously.

10. I've heard criticism of Splitter. I'm too casual to get mad at his substitutions or notice his plays aren't working. What I do know is that he looks and sounds like a good head coach. He gets his guy's to play hard and is humble enough to abandon his plans if they're not working. It's impressive for a temp coach to be able to get NBA players to buy into your plan
