3. It just comes down to how much you think he’s worth. The Wizards could definitely get him if they offer, say, 4/150, but that seems high for a 25-28 mpg player.

4. As of right now, Jazz have plenty of cap space next season to pay what Kessler’s worth. I’d rather throw money at Peyton Watson or Tari Eason because their teams have a cap crunch coming up. Denver and Houston could very well clear cap between now and free agency but I think they may be less likely to match than Utah.

5. Short term big money contract. Let’s do it.

8. Would be nice but Jazz aren’t letting him walk, they have no immediate reason not to pay him and his injury gave them more leverage
