9. Agree – Coach has to eventually take responsibility for this train wreck. His ability to motivate on a 1-10 scale is -4. In my opinion he has to go along with happy Stan the GM man, who can’t seem to make an acquisition to help this team or handle a contract renewal in a way that benefits the longer term success of the team.

27. The first goal was closer to being offside and you never know what the idiots in Toronto will call, it was a 50/50 chance, but to blow the timeout and not challenge is dumb. Even if it was a goal down one on the PK would’ve put them in more of a defence mode than a offensive mode trying to answer the goal. Coaching has been less then stellar.

40. Sometimes, he's a great coach, but other times it seems that he's missing both the little details and the big picture. Leon's coming in straight from Germany and has jetlag with a +8hrs time difference. For him, it will seem like a 3AM puck drop. So maybe, use his ice time strategically! This season is going to be a long one (especially for Olympians Leon and Connor), yet so far this season, he's already overplayed them both. Didn't he coach games 5 and 6 of the finals last season? The stars ran out of gas!

Ekholm looked horrible and couldn't catch a cold, Bouchard can't tell when he's gonna get stripped from behind, draisaitl might as well stayed on the plane and Connor…..
