The San Franciso Giants Are Close but No Cigar!
There have been a couple reports that the San Francisco Giants were working to acquire Freddy Peralta and today Andrew Baggarly reported that the Giants were working to trade for CJ Abrams. Neither panned out.
The reported names involved were pretty significant. The Giants are trying to improve the roster now.
