Why would someone like him want to come to a miserable place like this?
Bring him in and give him the chamber of commerce tour. Does he golf? Start out at the TPC Scottsdale.
Revive the Culture that Kurt Warner brought to the Cards and Fitz embraced. Then the wins will come.

Can he handle great weather?
Different division different situation, Bills were in a very weak division jets, dolphins, and patriots (until this year) all weak teams. Sean doesn't want to come into the strongest division, rams, seahawks, and 49ers.
Patriots won the division not McDermott/Bills, can he handle the hot seat?
The Cardinals are shopping in the bargain bin for coaches. They aren't paying for a good coach. They only hire coordinators as head coaches.
Why are you talking about a fantasy? No big name coach is not coming here. Period.
He'd bring a lot but after Gannon, the fact that he has a pulse would be nice for starters.
