He was never a starter in the league, so do we listen to him talk about quarterbacks
The Browns will take a QB. It may not be at # 6 or even # 24, but they're taking one. They'll also sign or trade for a guy. They're not going into 2026 with just 12 and 8. That would be colossally stupid.
This guy talking about a 24 yr old can’t be molded is one of the reasons why Cleveland and the media sucks. No one comes into the NFL as a finished product. This is where Talent Development comes in and now those high paid coaches need to earn their keep. Kurt Warner came into the league at 28 and became a franchise QB.
Shedeur will start but Browns need to draft or trade for a backup.
IMO Gabriel will be traded. If Browns can get Malik Willis tho….he should be QB1 > Shedeur.
Malik is basically a starting caliber QB.
Start Watson last contract let him prove something build around a QB before getting one. I wouldn’t be mad if sanders beats Watson out though. But we’ve seen Watson go 5-1 games before getting hurt then Flacco took them the rest of the way to the playoffs. But Watson did beat the ravens a team the browns usually struggle with.
Moved the goalpost again. Everything you don't want for a rookie QB is what Sanders was given. Zero investment physically mentally or spiritually
For the Browns this draft is irrelevant since Haslem still owns the team. As bad an owner since Stepien.
