  1. Sure blame Montembault, but the Canadiens defense is almost as bad as Edmonton. I'd like to see them play each other in the Cup final. A 7 game series with 140 goals scored. Battle of the no defense teams.

  2. Selection of coaching in goal just dont understand, are we making a run towards the play-offices or away,a regular common typical choices of MTL coaching staff these day's,an all around fustrating game to watch.

  3. Cole Caufield is hands down one of the most talented and exciting players in the game today. Can’t believe he didn’t make the Olympic roster. Big mistake!

  4. why they keep playing montembault is delusional. Cut your loses on his contract, we get he's french, but he's dogshit, needs to go, find someone else. Skinner, Jarry, and Montembault: the list of goalies delusional NHL gms think are going to magically become franchise goalies. Also find another goalie coach in montreal. Guy is not the goalie whisperer.

  5. @ 9:34 why hell didn't McAvoy get a penalty for cross-checking Caufield? I'm a Bruins fan but god I hate cross-checking. Is it against the rules or not, NHL??? Reminds me of "traveling" being out of control in the NBA.

  6. Well, I guess tripping, slashing and cross checking are not penalties anymore… at least, not for Boston. Once again, the Habs played against 2 teams tonight.
