I’m sure there’s been a lot of potentially great QBs over the years that’s were squandered just because they weren’t the right fit. Sam finally found a setup that works for him but it wasn’t here.
I’m not rooting for Sam Darnold when Drake Maye is from Charlotte.
I’m spiteful as hell for both the Superbowl teams, but no way can I accept the patriots entering yet another dynasty right after Tom Brady and winning a Superbowl so soon.
Hoping Darnold wins it all this year. He’s the epitome of getting it out the mud as far as football careers go. Don’t want to say he deserves to win it all, but he damn well is earning it

Crazy how many teams passed up on him. Panthers, Vikings, Jets. It is crazy.
Rooting for the Seahawks with Sam is so much better than the Patriots. The Pats have a Low-IQ fanbase and do not deserve their team in the NFL, let alone the Superbowl.

We also have to root for our boy Drake. Born and raise in NC and all his brothers played at Carolina except for one but that’s alright. The whole family was a Panthers fan and they even attended Super Bowl 50 which he’s playing in that exact stadium

I’m so blessed and cursed to be a panther / Nebraska fan. The nicest fanbases with genuine fans but unfortunately Matt Rhule

Imagine being a Vikings fan rn. Ik we let him go too but we were a different team then and he wasn’t the player he is now then. I still liked him and thought he had talent when he was with us but I’d be lying if I said I saw this much in him. The Vikings however had him lead them to one of their better seasons in the past half a century and let him walk for an unproven QB that was injured his entire rookie season only to have that QB be dog butt and watch Sam go to the SB and hopefully win. Rip Vikings fans.
