22. In my personal opinion. If it was my first coaching job. Even though everybody wants to be a winner and everybody wants to be with the winners. If you go to a team like the bills and fail that's going to be on your reputation. So you'll be known as a guy that is a decent coach and had all the tools available but got fired because he just wasn't good enough. If you go to the Raiders and get fired for the same reason. It won't be that bad on your record. Because we suck. But if you win with the Raiders. That speaks a lot louder for your value and reputation if you take a bunch of losers and win. Then lose with a bunch of winners.
