I really hope I’m wrong about the way I feel, but I’m so tired of the Raiders front office and owner for years and years thinking that they know everything and go the cute, complicated route instead of making the obvious choice. Kubiak has already proven he can at least run an offense several times where as Webb has never even called plays or designed an offense. So I really hope I’d be wrong if they go Davis Webb but it feels like it’s not the correct choice

  15. Kubiak is the only one. Webb? Seriously? I would be ok with mike mcdaniel but not webb. Please raiders, dont mess it up. I know u suck at hiring hc but for once. Do the right thing.

  17. Mitch is an idiot lol saying the browns are that bad historically yes but they have been a lot better then the raiders in recent years. The raiders never hire anyone good. Kubiak is not a good fit for head coach but OC yes that would be a great hire but he's gonna take the bills job. Even with Fernando coming in not much coaches are wanting this raiders head coaching job.

  22. Spytek/TB12 would have made a Hire already if Kubiak isn't #1 Candidate also Kubiak's agent most likely would have told them after his 1st interview that he's not serious about the job. That hasn't happened so just Chill ouT enjoy the Super Bowl 60.

  25. Clint Kubiak!!!! That’s the best option for the raider’s! He has the best chance to get the most out of Mendoza and the offense! Keep our DC he’s going to be the best for our defense especially with some good defensive players. Got the cap space to get the O-line better. We have young talent in the offense.

It's like clockwork six weeks into every single-season. You start saying you'll go on the air for 24 hours. As soon as the head coach in GM is fired.   35. I don’t mind the raiders taking a shot on a diamond in the rough with Webb, just like the rams did with Mcvay. Kubiak is a good offensive mind, but if you listen to some of his press conferences, I’m not sure if he is a true leader. I may be wrong.
