I forgot about berra! Didn’t they put in a rule after this to make sure the coach couldn’t play?
I still see absolutely no downside to finding a way to put Roy out there in the dying minutes of that game..
Pickard would have had to have been dying for that to happen, even if the head coach making the call wouldn’t have had an impartial view
This was never real, just a twitter user with a wild imagination. They would’ve gotten an actual EBUG from the list; never would a modern NHL game feature the coach in net.
