Honestly, good for him.
Since it’s not the Eagles, best of luck to him!
So happy for him.
Good for Kafka
Good for him, hope it works out
I really wonder what his perception would be if the giants o line had improved earlier during his tenure
have no real feelings towards kafka positive or negative, seemed like he did his best and it just didn’t work out, wish him the best moving forward
Lions fan here. Good hire right? Right?? I’m pretty excited about it
Seems like a really good guy and was given an absolutely awful hand here and couldn’t be properly evaluated, wish him the best
Wishing him the best in Detroit!!
What’s a high ranking offensive staff position that’s not the OC?
i know monken is the favorite to be OC, whats the fallback if he gets the browns job?
Best wishes, Kafka.
What is a high ranking offensive staff role? So he is some kind of offensive assistant?
There is a coordinator and position coaches. Some times have a passing game coordinator and/or a running game coordinator. Some do not have that position. Then there are the generic assistants who cut tape and get coffee.
Assistant to the offensive coordinator

Good for him. Bye bye.
Randomly found a custom Kafka Eagles jersey today in Chicago, obviously did not purchase. God speed man.
What does “high ranking offensive staff role” mean? They just hired an OC. Kafka must like these somewhat ambiguous job titles…he was “assistant head coach” with the Giants, whatever that really meant, as different than a coordinator position.
His play calling, driving a 2 win and 30 loss team was always conservative IMO. Did they try a 4th down even?
Good for him. I liked Kafka and think he’ll eventually get a chance to run a team. Hell just bringing accountability during his time here was nice to see.
Wasn’t going to work out here but he seemed to be one of the level headed guys on this staff in the midst of insanity
Cheers Kaf!!
Good to see New York’s favorite Mii avatar doing well.
Do we get a comp pick since he got a promotion on another team?
What does this mean?
Good riddance. Was a terrible OC. Don’t know why giants fans are speaking highly of him
Good luck to him. Hopefully he can continue to grow in Detroit.
He’s gonna have some fun scheming for St Brown. That guy is almost unstoppable.
Good for him. I hope he does well.
could not pick a less offensive (figuratively) team. i wish him luck.
But I thought everyone wanted to work for the Eagles, I mean their fans are just passionate! No but seriously that OC job might as well be the Browns HC job for how little anyone wants it
What does this mean draft wise? We get nothing right?
Wish him nothing but the best.
High ranking offensive staff role sounds like some media spin. Unless its the OC job then it’s a pretty big demotion right?
