The Sacramento Kings NEED To Draft A Star!

2. the draft is in June … we're in January. There's still a half season of Kings basketball to play. But none of that is important… Tanking is FUN
   … unfortunately… Sacramento has been tanking in 17 of last 20 years 🙁

3. There are at least six players in the draft I would be ecstatic about ending up on the Kings. There is no way you can watch a guy like Kingston Fleming, who no one is talking about, and not get excited. He is Fox with a much better shot at that age.

4. If we get the first pick, is it pretty much confirmed we're choosing AJ Dybantsa? I remember you posting a video a while back saying how our FO is really loving Dybantsa.

   I personally prefer Darryn Peterson. In my opinion, Peterson is more likely to become our Cade Cunningham. I’m very high on Peterson. The fact that he’s producing this well with an injury is crazy. We’re currently watching the nerfed version of him. I believe when he’s fully healthy, we’ll start to see his prior explosiveness that we all saw in the beginning. Also, the stuff people are saying about him is insane. The floor is Maxey? The ceiling is Kobe? He’s a taller spida? He’s going to be on Ant’s level? I mean whoever he becomes or surpasses, it’s just so exciting!

   As much as I love AJ, he has quite a few flaws:
   1. He works out of triple-threat a helluva lot when he catches it, even when he's open, which will be a problem in the league. You can't turn down open shots to go 1v1 against in the NBA. I mean, someone like Durant can, but not many. It's inefficient.
   2. His 3-ball isn't real. He takes less than 3 a game and barely shoots 30%. It's not real.
   3. Handle suspect as hell. The counters are weak. He gets cut off and he goes right into that stale back down and drop step jumper, which will get plucked over and over by sneaky guards, because everyone knows that's his move. I should literally start a counter next season for how many times a guard sneaks up behind him and steals the ball as he's going into that move.
   4. One-read passer. Doesn't anticipate open men. He throws it to open men, too often too late.

   When AJ played against Texas Tech last week, they shut him down completely by knowing his exact game plan. In the NBA, teams will catch on quickly too. He even dropped to #3 in most mock drafts with Boozer as #2. Personally, I'd still choose AJ as #2.

   Personally, I have the order as:
   1. Darryn Peterson
   2. AJ Dybantsa
   3. Cameron Boozer
   4. Caleb Wilson
   5. Kingston Flemings
   6. Keaton Wagler
   7. Mikel Brown Jr.

   The goal is obviously Peterson or Dybantsa, but I wouldn't be mad if we got Boozer or Wilson. Wilson can very much become a Chris Webber type of player and he has the same initials 😁

   We really should be aiming for these 1-4 guys. I hope our FO doesn't screw this up.. aka if we get a top 2 pick, DO NOT USE THAT PICK ON FLEMINGS NO MATTER HOW MUCH HE REMINDS YOU OF FOX. GET THE BPA AKA PETERSON OR AJ 😭

6. Honestly the league won’t give the Kings AJ….we will probably get the 3rd or 4th pick and I honestly think that Kingston flemmings should be the pick even over boozer and Wilson. Next year really need to tank cause Tyran stokes and Caleb holt really look amazing
