  17. McDaniel doesn’t run a system that fits the ravens 12 personnel. Dereck Henry is so much less effective in the shotgun. Plus the ravens are built for power run not west coast zone run. Under center and power run are not schemes that match mcdaniels expertise.

  18. Kliff Kingsbury would be the best choice for OC for the Ravens! Rueben Bain would be the best pick for Henry’s replacement in the next 2 to three years! The rest should be Guards and pass rushers and DL men! The draft if successful will put us at the top of the AFC North and an easy trip to the AFC Championship! With ease!! Brady couldn’t get it done with Allen so give Kingsbury a chance with Lamar , Henry, Zay and Tez Walker! And get Charlie Kolar the ball more! Bring back Zeitler and make Bullock a guard! DL is key! And a free agent pass rusher!

  19. Give Kingsbury the OC job he deserves a chance to take Lamar and Henry over the top! And he’ll know what to do with a scat back like Keaton Mitchell. And trading Roquan is the dumbest move ever!

It’s a buddy buddy organization! They will never win any championships …. Chargers, Ravens or Giants. These are Harbaugh’s coaches from their tree. What have they won? Nothing!!
