4. As a Packer fan, I'm a big fan of Mike. He's a great dude, and I wish him nothing but the best. But please Mike, take care of your health! Maybe it's just nerves, but he's not looking so great.

I still hate the decision, even after the press conference, I think Art needs to sell the team because he doesn’t reinvest in it… and he’s frugal as hell but there’s nothing I can do about it or anybody else. Fact is, I’m a Steelers fan and have to come to grips this is what it is & get out of my feelings about it because at the end of the day, when they take the field, I’ll take it with them regardless who the coach is, no need be disingenuous to myself or anybody else.

Nobody was going to hire him but us and If he was from Springfield Illinois, he wouldn’t even sniff this job. Omar is a clown yes-man and our owner is feckless, spineless and cheap. But once MM pronounced Will “Howard’s” name, he was a lock for the job. This team isn’t winning anything until new ownership takes over..

21. The Steelers will thrive and win under Mike Tomlin. He's a good coach when he can coach his way. I think in Dallas he didn't have the freedom he wanted, since Jerry Jones is way too hands on. Ownership in Pittsburgh is different. He really wants to be in Pittsburgh . Congrats Steelers!!

24. A lot of Steelers fans are mad about this hire for the wrong reasons. If your thinking "oh great we're gonna be trash now". You don't know ball. McCarthy wins games and has good offense, which is what this team has lacked. Only reason to be upset would be we aren't "rebuilding" and still won't get good draft picks which is a valid point. Don't be surprised if he gets our QB in shape, our offense is actually fun to watch this season. I'm am worried about defense tho! Please pick a good DC. Welcome new Mike 😂!!!

48. Packer fan here and I'm happy for Coach McCarthy who has come full circle back to his roots in Pittsburgh. All I can say to the Steelers fans is when Coach McCarthy was in Green Bay…the Packers consistently won and were one of the winningest teams in the NFL during his tenure. Also, I believe the Steelers have a unique opportunity. If Aaron Rodgers came back to Pittsburgh next season as primarily an Offensive Coordinator and secondly as a Back Up quarterback to whomever the Steelers start at QB…the seeds for long term & excellent quarterback play could be embedded in the Steelers organization. That said, the Packers have 13 World Championships and when Aaron Rodgers is inducted the Packers will have Four quarterbacks in the Pro Football Hall of Fame: Arnie Herber, Bart Starr, Brett Favre and Aaron Rodgers. Also, the Packers are the only team to have won three consecutive championships and they did it twice in their history. Lastly, the Super Bowl Trophy is name after Packer coach Vince Lombardi for a reason…5 championships in 7 years. God Bless.

49. 53 seasons and I'm always wondering what they were thinking about when they whatever decision. I didn't like this idea but damnit, the guy won me over. So I'm gonna just relax and trust the ownership. Welcome coach Mac! GO STEELERS!!!
