  1. I think will Howard has the hunger in him that you see that elite QBs have in this league. On the same day he got drafted he asked the Steelers OC for the play book so that he could start learning the offensive scheme's. And althoughout this season he was always around Rodgers sitting next to him in meetings, always asking questions, just soaking everything in like a sponge from Rodgers from years of experience. I really can't wait to see Howard play especially after a year sitting behind a legendary QB like Rodgers and learning from him.

  2. Agree that they need to build around a young guy like Howard and see what he’s got. Get some wrs, a guard and a safety early in the draft.

  3. Nothing like starting out the future by going back into the past and grabbing up another old fuck. No new ideas here, they're going to have to roll them out onto the field because if he runs out on the field before game it'll hyperventilate. They're going to have to card him out. Rooney is a fucking idiot.

  4. He won me over win he got emotional. I was on the fence but now I would take a bullet for that guy! Will Howard has to be STOKED! Let's go STEELERS!!!!!!

  5. It's a horrible fit I simply wish we could have hired anyone but Mike McCarthy I feel like its a downgrade he got fired by the Cowboys for a reason he's not going to bring us to a Superbowl I'm calling it right now Rodgers needs to retire should have never traded George Pickens

  6. Well one thing for sure. Mason is out in Pittsburgh, McCarthy mentioned spoke to Aron and mentioned Will but silennt on Mason.

  7. Not only do they need to figure out the QB situation which was what Aditi started off saying, but they need to rebuild the coaching staff. For years Steelers Nation has complained about Tomlin's coaching tree and his failure to get good coordinators and assistants. Well, we should trust McCarthy to not only tweak the roster but rebuild the coaching staff far better than a young first time head coach. McCarthy already has connections, he has a list of coaching possibles.

  8. I truly believe Coach McCarthy's emotions r real and this is more than a job to him it's personal he grew up a Steeler and I think it's a great move for our Steelers welcome home Mike

  9. mccarthy 1 super bowl win, 61% win percentage, not bad in a league that is supposed to be "HARD TO WIN IN"!!! have always been a tomlin guy, he was 1 and 1 in super bowls(lost to mccarthy) and had a 63% win percentage, so i trust the hire of the franchise i have rooted for 40 plus years and am extremely appreciative of the fact that for the last 19 years the steelers never played a meaningless game(not only a winning record but not once in those 19 seasons, did the last game they were playing that season not potentially have playoff implications, unless there playoff seeding had already been secured), so i am not a spoiled fan and consider myself a rational human who just likes the fact that "my team" TRIES TO WIN and if they ever decide that tanking is a solid business/competition plan THAN CONSIDER ME DONE, as all of us are not promised tomorrow and for each of us, this upcoming season could be our last!!!!
