I’m glad we have a rising star it def helps with confidence but it sucks I feel like when we get guys like that they last a year and move on then it ruins the continuity of the team and a reason I feel we struggle to continue to grow and you se coaches fizzle out. He is horrible n no thanks . They do it n they start off like Grier on the wrong foot by drafting Tua! Stay away from Richardson. He is a bust!
Weaver is going to be a head coach somewhere. He displayed GREAT SKILL in taking Grier's the late additions to the roster to make this an an above average, and high functioning low budget defense. Weaver did that while not throwing anyone under the bus – and with this poor roster construction from Grier, that truly impressed impressed me. Weaver can motivate and keep players focused on doing their job with discipline. This guy will make some team very happy as a head coach.
