3. Frank is a QB. Smart guy. Humble. And lots of other innate qualities that Glenn needs to be around. It may rub off on Glenn's, rough arrogant know-it-all personality.

4. The firing of Engstrand is a disaster! Now you are starting over with, presumably Frank Reich, who apparently works poorly with young or rookie Qb's, as evident from his job as HC in Carolina. It strikes me of a panic mode by Glenn. A totally new system will have to be put in place with new coaches on both sides of the ball, which, in my opinion reeks of Woody Johnson interference and Glenn panicking to try to save his job!

5. AG calling the Def and Frank Reich potentially being the OC would make me cautiously optimistic. AG still has a lot to prove but it appears like he'll give it his best shot

6. I’ll say, the league respects Frank Reich and the Jets need some of that right now. I’m cautiously optimistic he can give us a competent offense as long as he finds a QB he likes.

15. Greg Roman is the guy, fits so well with Fields or Tyrod, his ability to create top run games in the league is indisputable

20. Have you seen Frank Reich’s resume over the last 4 years. It’s atrocious. He was good like 10 yrs ago. Modern games has passed him by. Reality we will have a new HC next year along with our franchise qb.

22. If Reich gets the job, and I believe he does, then we can start to expect pick 16 to be Ty Simpson.

    Simpson has the chops to run Reich’s mesh concept offense that requires having the ability to process quickly.

    Also, I expect us to sign Wentz (who’s familiar with Reich and his system) to a 1 year deal so he can start while the kid learns and sits for a bit.

Reich brings what this team has lacked which is stability and the fact that he was a QB will help with whoever they get in free agency and the draft hopefully this hire will happen and we actually get something to hang our hopes on not to thrilled on the DC hire but if the defense is being called by Glenn it will be on him to sink or swim
