I expect to lose AL Harris this year or the next.

As a manager myself it brings me so much joy to see my guys leave for better pastures. It means i was able to teach them new sklls and they could improve their life through our time together
A lot of managers out there just see the relationship as subservient but as a manager YOU should be serving YOUR TEAM
