A lot of fans thought he was something that he wasn’t and never could be. I wasn’t too distraught by the trade but I remember people on RealGM and on here swearing off the Knicks forever and predicting Luka and KP would win multiple ships together. Welp.
Those Porzingis seasons with Jeff Hornacek were traumatic. They gave you false hope at the beginning of the season looking like a playoff team with a decent win streak here and there, but then hilariously fall apart with a 10 game losing streak and resemble a lottery team. Why mess with your fanbase like that lol.
