  1. Those seasons in late ‘10’s very dire times, only positive was the only place to go from there was up

  2. Wasn’t this the thing that got that weird pasta eater and fake-ass Knicks fan, Michael Rapapport to switch to being a Nets fan? Probably the biggest positive at the time.

  3. That was half our fault. We bigged him up as our savior and he started feeling himself and then he ran himself out of town. When you know something don’t work you eject and start again which is why we are where we are now

  4. Hey remember when Phil Jackson wanted trade him for a superstar, supporting piecer, and 4-5 first rounders and everyone called him senile?

    Yeah.

  5. A lot of fans thought he was something that he wasn’t and never could be. I wasn’t too distraught by the trade but I remember people on RealGM and on here swearing off the Knicks forever and predicting Luka and KP would win multiple ships together. Welp.

  6. Those Porzingis seasons with Jeff Hornacek were traumatic. They gave you false hope at the beginning of the season looking like a playoff team with a decent win streak here and there, but then hilariously fall apart with a 10 game losing streak and resemble a lottery team. Why mess with your fanbase like that lol.

  7. Damn this was a depressing day for me . Glad it all worked out but at the time I was beyond livid .
