I know people are so very doubtful but man I have such a good feeling with all the new upcoming changes but still questionable on the OC but it just feels that we’re finally gonna get out of this no playoff drought soon. Still looking at a tough schedule but as long as we finally see some progression that’s all that matters but I would love to see a playoff 2026. Again, this is my opinion, but this is just giving me such a good vibes. I haven’t felt anything like it in years.

  1. Feel good about Stefanski. Felt not so good about Morris. Felt meh about Smith. Felt great about Quinn.

  2. I’ll remain cautiously optimistic. There are too many variables at play for me to just say I’m outright hyped for the next season.

  3. I know we’ve all been burned in recent years, but you’re right that this one is different. Did anybody feel this optimistic when they announced Raheem Morris or Arthur Smith? I surely didn’t, I just forced myself to be patient and hoped it worked out. All the personnel changes this cycle have me legitimately excited, haven’t felt that way in the off-season in forever. With all the major changes I’m not expecting it to all work perfectly right away, might take some time to gel. But it feels like we are actually building something.

  4. The OC and schedule are looking rough but everything else has me feeling positive for the first time in many years. At this point I just want to be competitive and not be a national joke after another week of Falconing away a victory.

  5. I wouldn’t rush into judgment just yet. It all depends on how penix and this staff gel. That’s vital to everything else happening.

  6. I have a good feeling too. I just want this staff set up for long term success and don’t want them to sell out 2027 and beyond for the sake of marginal improvement in 2026.

Sometimes I think I’m the only guy who would be excited if we don’t tag Pitts so we can get that 2027 compensatory picks for him and TA to work on the long term foundation of this team.

  7. One thing I’ve noticed is it feels like almost everybody on this coaching staff has done their job in the NFL before, in many cases for years. We’re not relying on anyone learning on the fly like we were with Zac Robinson

  8. It’s the off season- it’s totally normal to be optimistic. Let’s see the draft, FA, QB competition and if he starts starters in preseason.

I’m not psyched, but honestly I don’t think I’ve been psyched as a falcons fan. He’s established, albeit at a trash franchise, and he kept Ulbrich and Ollie and we seem to have gotten a decent GM. Long and short- 🤷🏻.

I just want to see a decent vet backup QB (preferably one not in the $50M range), a solid WR2 and CB2 by the start of the season.
