1. Personally I don’t think any professional hockey players should be going based on the status of the Olympic Hockey Arena.

   With regard to Jack, if he is injured, the Devils should disallow him going. I’m sure there is something in the contract or CBA that allows teams to block players from participating in any game that is not a regulation NHL game.

Allen stood on his head last name and they just proved the same thing as every game, being inconsistent at being inconsistent.

13. At this point I have no problem with him playing. However, the cronyism is rearing it's head. Jack Hughes should not be on this team before Jason Robertson. It's crystal clear who the better player has been this season and frankly there's a couple of others who should get the nod before Jack. If he plays that is fine but if it resembles his 4 nations performance when he got knocked off the puck constantly the Jason Robertson fans are going to be pissed.

14. As much as the season sucks, Ace….view your trip to Italy as a silver lining. Thats really all you can do at this point. Trust me ENJOY all there is out there. ALL the food out there is fantastic. Never been to Italy, but I have been to France. I was gonna get tickets to really good playoff seats in the 23-34 season..but when I knew the Devils were out of it, I decided to take a trip to Normandy and Paris for the 80th anniversary of the D-day landings. It really was an unforgettable experience. Would not trade it for anything. The food was AMAZING there…and I have heard the same thing about Italy….When you have victory drinks out there, have their wine. Trust me, its just different. I am not a wine drinker, and even I enjoyed the stuff in France. Plus, idk what they do, but you don't get hangovers from it either. Also, it's cheap too. Is this your first time going to Europe? If so I can email you with some good tips and tricks.

15. You make some valid points about Jack. But as for the Devils making the playoffs is just unrealistic. This team has proven that they don’t have what it takes. Hopefully, the ownership cleans house from top to bottom when it comes to the current administration. Go Team USA 🇺🇸 👍

16. Personally, I would go because for me the Olympics is my ultimate dream. For Jack, he already is in the best league for his sport and it’s not worth risking it for a similar experience. Im leaning towards no for him but if he goes he should just be careful

17. Listen- I am more of the optimistic fan game to game, we still have a chance and even now that is true! But in our hearts, we know it’s over. This week, sometime in April, it’s over.

    This ONLY changes if Fitz makes a series (not 1) a SERIES of trades. Devils need 4-6 new quality forwards to do a thing this season. I am cheering each game, I will watch time to time, but I spend more time on your channel than watching the actual games anymore.

    That said, let Jack play, it’s insane to save him for what? A playoff push 😂 cmon these fans are crazy. Let him play with a real team, it may inspire him when he gets back from the break. 28. I'm sure somebody has brought this up, but the other thing to consider is that this is the first time in a while that NHL players will play in the Olympics. And you never know what will happen. Heck, there's a chance that NHL players might not go back to the next winter Olympics, or for a while. That's a rare opportunity that a player cannot pass up. I don't blame him or the team in wanting Jack to represent NJ and America. Players get hurt, it can and does happen. Our Devils season is pretty much sunk anyway. If Jack can help bring gold to America in any way, I'd be proud. Let's GO Jack, and Let's GO Devils!!!

30. First of all Ace, Have fun in Italy second of all what did that 1 comment in the live after the Sens lose mean by that Harris is in the "Files" or was i going crazy. And lastly I dont care what jack does as long as he doesn't get injured and can stay healthy and the entire Olympics because him with a season ending injury would just be the nail in the coffin on this season already (even thought this season is already over), however i do hope that he and the rest of the NHL players enjoy being in the Olympics and enjoy playing against each other and fighting for gold.

As for what I will say about Jack Hughes and the Olympics I would rather he not go as he is at risk to injure himself further to where we don't have him the rest of the season or worse. I can appreciate that some players might really want to go and if they are allowed to go then I don't blame them for going. Also eh I sure as heck like what you said from the 10 to 11 minute mark or so mentioning that the experience for him could be a learning one in ways that could benefit the Devils heading into the future. He may become a better player for the experience. A very good point. He gets to test himself against the best and play with true winners. Now to finish with this post I want to make it clear that before this video I had said in live chats that I applauded him for playing hurt. I gave him his due. Now with that said though in a trade for the right player(s) and pick(s) I would move him out no problem. Please don't let that make you think though I don't appreciate what he can do for our hockey or any hockey team. He is definitely a very gifted offensive player. Anyway eh go Devils!
