The Ravens’ coaching plan is starting to come into focus.

With every head coaching vacancy across the NFL now filled, the ripple effects are hitting Baltimore.   8. Wha about Dylan Roney for DC? Only 29 years old, but currently the Chargers OLB coach and was a graduate assistant at Michigan around the same time that Mike MacDonald and Minter was the DC there

  17. Minter is not an idiot. Doyle can definitely call plays minter not hiring a OC that cant call plays. He may not of did it as an experienced OC but obviously minter know something we dont know

  22. Tez is slept on heavy. In college, only Nate Wiggins stopped him.

    And a credit to EDC for having a 1st round receivers room a few years back. I’m certain that he learned a lot about the mold of wideouts. Tez and Bate are both built like Derrick Mason, just not a showman like he was (they’re used more like Torrey Smith), and while they make big plays I wouldn’t consider them gritty or dogs. Zay was the extreme response to our SLOW receivers room that couldn’t separate -except Bate when healthy. He’s electric and tough, really good, not a dog.

  25. I'm excited about all this new change to our Baltimore ravens. Because we couldn't keep rinsing and repeating . I hope Minter follows the seattle format and get an established advisor to pair up with Declan . Like Mike MacDonald did with Leslie Frazier to help make decisions when the bullets are flying. That would make me feel better since he is so inexperienced . But anyway, let's goooo.

  32. Seven receptions with four touchdowns and they let him sit on the bench; you know the coaching staff were morons. Tez Walker is only big, fast , has good hands and gets open. What the hell is there not to like.

  34. If we will have organizational schemes, We will for sure be a powered up team. Last year was because of lack of coaching with a super bowl roster….. This year we will for sure Get organized and put this year above.
