    Just remember this is the 8th season of Baker. He has something like 5 bad 1 decent and 2 good.

12. Looked like he definitely played through a shoulder injury and I wish he would’ve just sat. Still a good season for Baker, even though it had a disappointing ending. Get rid of Bowles and improve the defense and that’s a championship caliber team.

13. end of week 6…I said this then and now… when it was all Baker MVP leader, MVP MVP… i went oh no. Since then, and I dont care who was out or banged up, he played like just some regular guy. First 6 weeks, he was on fire! If the narrative had been MVP but not Baker, we would have seen a 12-5 season. Baker has to have a chip on his shoulder, otherwise, hes just a guy.

He’s a former 1st overall pick who still plays with heart, grit, and fire, even in a year when his team didn’t make the playoffs. He’s the kind of quarterback who refuses to quit on the game he loves.
