Hope the defense stays consistent not up and down like it was this past season
What happened to the defense this year? He started off really well and then they really lagged towards the end of the season.
3 issues need fixed.

Penalties can be fixed with coaching
RB we have a great guy but he is 100% injury prone. We were left high and dry after week 10 which left us vulnerable.
WR drops may be fixed with coaching but I'd still want a #1 WR who we can trust.
Not sure if its all coaching, but these issues have plagued us and if we are serious about this run, we have to address. Simple as that.

This is excellent news. All the whining and accusation flinging over the Lombardi firing was complete nonsense (same as the Sean vs. Bo nonsense). We needed some good news to get the bad taste out of our mouths.
Losing Lombardi is literally a nothingburger. It's a slow news cycle before the SB and the talking heads took off and ran with that. Webb will be great.
For whatever reason, VJ coached D's always have late season collapses. I think Leonhard was a great possibility to fill that role. Stinks that he got poached, but I also think VJ can improve.
Now learn how to recognize when a QB is going to run the ball!!! Everyone in Denver knew that Maye was going to run for that critical first down at the end of the game EXCEPT Vance Joseph!!!
