We gave up a decent prospect in Sandlin to dump Hicks.
That Devers trade is on the border of being worse than Mookie's trade. You got a couple of good years from Verdugo though he was another over hyped Dodgers prospect and Wong is still the back up catcher. Devers deal only has a half year from most and the only one who is still here is a guy on a team that had pitching issues wasn't being rushed up from triple A. On top of that he was a major league, not a minor league piece. After Ruth the Devers trade might be the worst in team history.

Dverers WAS a salary dump too, call it what it was please….the extensions for Roman Anthony and another big extension due to Deverstrade too…full picture please!
They traded Rafael Diva to get him out of the clubhouse. It was no accident that the team took off AFTER the trade. Plus, they dumped a contract that would have been horrendous in coming years. Speaking of stinking at your job, maybe you should working for McDonald's…If you can handle that.
Breslow can only do whatever John Henry allows.
