  5. A this is crazy I didn’t even think of him because I didn’t think he would come here. I thought he would be way out of our league because he couldn’t call plays. this is awesome

  6. also, I liked the fact that he doesn’t have a ton of connections means he’s going out and trying to find the best people he can and creating his own connections and I think other young coaches will want to come and coach here for the same reason creating their own connections and to coach for a great organization in my opinion

  11. One of the biggest problems with the Baltimore Ravens is they have 6 #1 pics in their secondary alone, yet none of them can tackle properly, cover properly, or catch the ball properly and consistently for interceptions. 😂😂😂

  12. Ravens Nation we have a defensive coordinator that could had been a head coach.
    Our defense will be back to the glory days. This is serious.
    Dr.Rush is in the building. He helped build our 2024 defense that led the NFL in points allowed (16.5 per game), sacks (60), and takeaways (31).

  13. Letters cannot describe how great of a hire this was. I have no idea how minter managed to do this but I’m the most impressed about the coaching staff and excited in my life.

  18. Man….. i had hoped harbs would get fired since 2015. And i thought the highlight would be him leaving. Minter was not in my top 5 for a coach. But GD! He is assembling a cast of coaches i sure would have wished. I am fully on board the minter train at this point. Cant wait to see what happens to this team once the pads come on.
