1. I get Hamilton might be a good player but I kinda over him at this point. We need consistency at positions. The fact that 2nd and 3rd are still question marks scares me

2. This front office has lost the fan base yet again- We have a ? at 2B, ? at 3b, ? at our starting outfielder lineup

4. Maybe the Sox pitching program is the problem? They have a history of ruining pitchers. Guys go elsewhere and thrive.

   This Devers trade will go down as one of the worst. Any other GM would have been fired for this. This offense is going to stink it up.

5. On the positive side, they opened two spots on the 40-man roster. If they can move Yoshida and one of these three starting pitchers, Bello, Sandoval and Crawford they can open even more space and drop under the second luxury tax threshold and perhaps add an INF leaving room for a solid bullpen option.

6. We literally traded Devers away for chips and 1 year of bregman. Awful management from the front office on this whole situation.

8. First I’ve been a Sox fan for 58 years. I grew up watching Rico pettrocelli , George Scott and Yaz. How did we win 4 World Series in 14 years? What have we lost in the last 7 years. Is it ownership, player development? I believe we’re playing a dumb game. Mookie gone, Devers gone. We can’t attract or sign top free agents. I love our players, I just can’t think we have a competitive team. We don’t have one star outside of Crochet. If things go wrong this season, they will go very wrong. I hope I’m wrong…

9. Why not give Duran a chance at second? He used to play there in college ball and was drafted as a 2B. Test him in the spring maybe. It's a crazy idea but it frees the outfield up and fills a position. Might be worth a try in spring training

10. I love you Corbin, but players coming to the Sox who need development must feel like they’re coming here to die. We were DHing Anthony last year, you’re Harrison isn’t a #3, so he’s going to the bullpen, Mayer can’t hit lefties so we gotta platoon him… That doesn’t seem like development at all, it seems like a waste of young talent. Especially sending someone like Harrison to the bullpen. If you can have someone who can pitch 6-7 innings, why would we want to get them used to throwing one or two? If we develop these kids properly now, who’s to say the Red Sox wouldn’t be the next Braves with all the starting depth and young core. Also, Campbell is never going to play good with all the pressure in him now. He had one rough stretch and we sent him down to AAA, told him to learn a new position, scrapped the idea… We kinda destroyed Campbell’s confidence in himself. Poor kid is gonna be the next Rusney Castillo, never gonna make it out of AAA

11. This isn’t a win or bust year, why not focus on player development over playoff aspersions at this point

13. Hey Corbin, tell it like it is. TOTAL BS. ALL BRESLOW CAN AND HAS DONE IS PITCHING, AND PITCHING. One aged infielder is all he has got. Relying on Mayer at 3B and who the hell knows at 2B. is not going to cut it. Another frustrating off season…

14. Someone I've been keeping an eye on is Otto Lopez — check out his Savant, I think he's someone Breslow might be interested in, especially with that low strikeout rate. Maybe make a vid on him?

16. I think the solution at 2nd without a move is Romy and Sogard. It makes sense to have Duran, Campbell and even Wong get some work there. If Wong proves he still can't hit this year he'll need to be replaced. Hamilton IMHO offers no value to the roster. I suspect a trade will happen during spring training that will solidify the roster composition.

17. Mikey Romero is an interesting name at 3B or SS who could come up in June.

18. I'm absolutely tired of the Redsox front office telling us one thing and lately doing the opposite thing. Especially Breslow! He says a great game, yet he never truly delivers what he or other high end Redsox officials do. This has been going on for many years and as a fan I'm absolutely tired of them lying to us!!! Yet we fans support them!!! It's why I will never go to a live Redsox game and I've gone to many before. I spend on nesn to watch the games, but that's it. And I only do month to month because I'm sorry, they play a big game with their mouth but never let actions speak for them! If they don't change soon, I'll be disgusted to want anything to do with them honestly. I'm done and I know there's many other's who feel this way!

19. It's all about saving money when they don't even support the real money! It's fans and if you continue lying, then many people will finally say well it's enough and they will be the scum of spending because they will have to, not want to because they want money for them!!!
