I love me some LOVE.👍
Who do you want the Commanders to draft at #7?
If David Bailey is there at 7 they HAVE TO TAKE HIM
Whoever lasts longer than Chase Young
That's Keldric Faulk
Sorry to disappoint but as a diehard college football fan there are no blue chip prospects in this draft. The three top players I've seen over the course of last season were Mendoza, Bailey and Love. The Commies would be crazy IMO to not trade back to acquire more draft capital if a contender like KC valued him as the missing piece to get them back to where they are accustomed to. It would be good for them to trade back again if possible to get even more picks because the only impact players they get this off-season will be FAs.
Peters needs to follow the blueprint from NE and sign at least four significant FAs to fortify their terrible defense which transformed NE's defense into a unit good enough to play for a championship. The Commies need players because their roster is one of the worst in the game as it stands now. This is Peters last chance to take advantage of Jayden's rookie contract so he has to make big expensive moves to put this team in contention again or be regarded as a GM that doesn't understand what he's doing particularly based on the trading of picks for veterans his first two seasons.
Draft someone in it for the game and can be coached, not the money, like Young. Seems to me we spun wheels for 2 years on dline; need it revamped, and not 1-year deals and LBs supposed to fix the rush. We had no passrush nor stopping the run consistently, again.
This team can't get out of its own way. Sabotaged the start of the season with hurt and missing players, and just old. End the season winning meaningless games that cost 3 positions in the draft, where they would have been easier to trade down and get a really good extra pick. Unlucky that this a relatively bad QB draft to help get a partner to trade with and get better capital. Have 35 players to re-sign or replace. Old, slow, bad tacklers. I hope the new coaches do better with tackling and simplifying so they don't stand around figuring out what to do. Once again, didn't sign a good backup QB to a multi-year deal; 2 years trying to get a consistent K in here after cutting the best K on a rumor; GB thanks us. I can see us signing Aiyuk who hasn't played, coming off an atrocious injury ala Lattimore.
Stop doing what other teams think is best. And build your team how you like n take Downs if he's available
If they draft an offensive player, my reaction would probably be the same as it was when they drafted Conerly instead of an Edge Rusher last year:
“WHAT!?…oh. OH! Yeah, that makes sense. Good choice.”
You can effortlessly follow the pretty sound logic of this FO and I like it.
Jordan Tyson
With the 7th pick in the 2026 NFL Draft the Washington Commanders select Jeremiyah Love running back from Notre Dame
I think offensive is filled in FA this year. Bryce Hall, Likely, Pierce… Bring back Burks! 🤞
I might be missing something but to me Anthony Hill jr looks like the best off ball LB n this draft and he appears to be a 2nd rnd guy in all the mocks. Plus R. Mason Thomas looks good . Also a 2nd rnd guy. I hope we can find a partner and trade down for a solid hall .Just don't see the type of player you give up a lot to trade up for being there at 7.
Wouldn't be upset at all! But it'll be Love first and next would be Lemons
ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ
Rookie DE just don't have that much impact on the game. 2 of the top 5 sack leaders were in the playoffs. If they really want to build this, taking a DE @7 is not the way to go. Reese, Downs, or Styles.
