1. I get the Fitz hate boner is strong here, but facts are Minnesota had the better offer. 

   Half this sub didn’t even want to entertain moving Nemec+Mercer+more, we’d fall into pure chaos is anything else was given before Quinn even landed in NJ.

   negotiations are fluid and if it came down to Quinn going to Minnesota and you knew their offer, you would do whatever it took to top it and most of the sub would have said “okay, this is an acceptable concession”… though some here were cocky and saying “just sign him when he’s free”

   fact is, Vancouver wanted Hischier, which would have traded the team’s problems
