Since the start of that four game losing streak, Mike has been in the running for the worst basketball player to ever exist.
Even CP3 was eventually benched/cut by his team once he hit the unplayable wall, and he was his teams GOAT.
Finch’s attachment to Conley is genuinely detrimental to this team. Bones isn’t the best player around but defenses still have to respect him, and most importantly, he isn’t shooting 30% TS over the last two months.

For all we know Mike is the only thing holding the locker room dynamic together.
I say we hire him as a position/assistant coach next year.

Let’s be honest, Conley so badly wants to stay a wolf cause he wants an opportunity to win a title but they know he’s getting shopped in a few days and they thought they’d let him enjoy his last remaining days with playing time. There is absolutely no reason for him to be on the court
He was also +18 in the first grizzlies game. I’m not saying we should play him or not just saying there’s more stats out there to cherry pick for an agenda.
The insane dedication is almost admirable if it wasn’t so frustrating to experience. It’s like Finch is an angel that only gets his wings if Mike Conley gets to contribute to an NBA championship.
But he doesn’t play the kids so they can’t grow either
