  1. This brought a smile to my face, I hope Pop is taking good care of himself, even to the point turning off the TV when the spurs starting to blow a lead

  2. Having a purpose and passion to live for has to be a big advantage for recovering elderly stroke victims. I’m so glad he has this.

  3. Wolves fan that had this pop up on my feed, the league misses Pop badly. Hoping things improve with his health. The Spurs absolutely ruined my childhood basketball fandom lol but it is cool to see the guys from that era still being involved with the newer generation. Always cool seeing Tim and Manu in particular, so weird seeing people I grew up watching in these mentor positions now.

  4. Pop teaching Wemby how to postup and bang down low… at least that’s my interpretation

  5. Duncan had him as a father figure type, Wemby gets the gramps figure type. Kind of a cool transition honestly

  6. so from what I’m seeing, Pop looks as healthy as ever aside from the paralyzed parts of him from the stroke. I’ll take that as a win! Holy shit this warmed my heart. So happy for Pop that he’s going strong

  7. The role of coach never ends because you no longer hold the title. This encapsulates that.

  8. It’s amazing that he’s still a resource for players in the org. Pop is just the GOAT

  9. I work around the spurs g league and I see the family culture there as well. Pretty dope to witness.

  10. Why does their height difference not look as massive as it should?

I guess Victor is slightly leaning forward and Pop is fully upright, but still.

  11. I’m glad coach is doing well enough to be out there and talk with the guys. I’m sure he’s got some good input for Victor.

  12. Pop is telling him when he faces up to keep the ball high and opposite to defender, also jab yo create space.

  13. He looks great, way better than before. Genuinely looks comfortable and expressing himself, which wasn’t the case in past Pop sightings
