3. I see a lot of commens about how Evan Engram was open and/or not targeted. In the Philadelphia game Sean Payton was really getting after him on the sidelines regarding his lack of effort. Once he gave him that talk, Evan made a great play and scored his only TD. After that, Engram should have demonstrated that same effort. We don't get to watch practice or hear what is said in team and private meetings. What was he like in the locker room? He's clearly talented, that catch and run against the Commanders was huge. But it wasn't enough. My only thoughts about pursuing players in free agency would be to find the best players on the worst teams–guys who are fighting hard regardless of the W-L record. They don't need a pep talk; they're self-motivated. You're earning millions of dollars, that should be enough!

6. Keep McLaughlin. Dobbins only if money was like his contract this year. I think I’d sign Stnard and let Singleton go FA (that’s the hardest decision by far…way harder than cutting Engram IMO). Free up $$ for FA WR and another RB if JK is too expensive. Need dependable N-S back to complement RJ’s running style. I think moving on from Sanders for Stnard seems like a smart move. He’ll probably get picked up, stay healthy & ball out for the Chiefs or Chargers if karma is out there! 🙄

7. Ingram was a flop signing – send him elsewhere.

8. CJ Allen is probably gone before Pick 30. Anthony Hill Jr is more like 50/50.
   More likely LB is addressed in the 2nd or 3rd round with someone like Deontae Lawson, Jacob Rodriguez, or Taurean York.

15. Cut the TEs all of them, cut any WR except Mims. There really isn't a RB on the roster you would need to keep. Dobbins injury history makes him expendable. I know people say its not fair to cut Dobbins because his injury was from an illegal hit makes no since because injury prone people find a way to get injured.

17. I would keep Engram. It will be very hard to improve the TE group. I agree with Peart and Sanders. I like Sutton as a person but he drops to many passes. He would be on my replacement list.
