someone needs to make a video of all the times opponent players decided not to shoot/layup when they knew Wemby was prowling. Wemby's presence alone is deterring players away from even attempting to score. NOW THAT'S A STAT YOU'LL NEVER SEE THAT'S DPOY WORTHY

While swatting away shots to the stands looks great. I love that Wemby almost always tries to get the possession after his blocks.
They are gonna win more games when he has fewer blocks simply because the other team refuses to shoot in front of him.
If dudes attacked and challenged Wemby the same way they would attack and challenge the second best shotblocker in the league, whoever you think that is, Wembanyama would average 5-7 blocks per game. And that's conservative.
