Seeing as he was with the Pittsburgh Steelers is the main reason as to why I'm surprised by this move.

If the offense is already set and we need one more receiver then D-Hop is it. He can play a bigger part as all the players will play bigger parts to keep up with Lamars speed play of the game. Even if that means Wallace and Walker have to fight to stay off practice squad. At least the team will be stacked where the next man up is just as dangerous as the man that left out the game. Plus I'm sure we could get D-Hop on a long term contract for alot less than if we got AJ Brown. D-Hop can do the same you just have to tell him you want him to unleash the beast.
