The only free agents I am signing are young guys getting their second contract. I am not signing super stars, I am signing those guys who were solid and are in for a decent pay raise but not massive contracts. Bring in solid, not spectacular players to increase the overall talent level on the team and hope your draft picks turn into those superstar players that get you over the hump.
