  1. Do we know if we like this or not yet?

I am happy to see all the changes and moves overall. Feel like they are trying a new approach in some ways, gives me a bit of hope almost.

  2. I’m so happy. I’ve been saying it for weeks: we need to hire a Big Ten co-defensive line coach

  3. All I know is the plus side to having all these coaches coming from college is they will know exactly and specifically who they want to work with here in the near future. Ive been hoping to hear about the scouting department being updated, revamped, any news at all, so I’m definitely digging deep for this take, but I think it makes sense.

  4. Illini fan here. Brutal loss for us. We’ve been lucky to keep him as he interviewed for bigger programs but guess we couldn’t keep hom from the NFL unsurprisingly.

  5. I don’t know anything about any positional coach really, but I’m really hoping this one works out. Our d-line has been bad and transitioning to a new system where a lot of guys may not be perfect scheme fits is scary. This guy has a big job ahead of him.

  6. One of my main concerns when they hired Brady was if he was going to have the clout & contacts to bring in top quality coaches. Every hire seem very good on paper from what I’ve read. I’m definitely in a better head space than I was initially. But I have also been a Bills fan for almost 50 years now and know the cycle of getting sucked in to believing only for Lucy to pull the ball at the last second.

Maybe just maybe this is the time? Maybe we find out that McD was meddling in the player selection too much and that maybe it was his practice regiment that was creating all the injuries. My time is running short and there is nothing in this world I want to see more than us winning a SB before I go. Nothing.

  7. I’m going to assume this person I’ve never heard of is 100% going to guarantee us ultimate success.
