  4. Will this be about nepotism or choosing the actual best candidate? Banda has done nothing that special – Grant Delpit was/is "ok" and Ronnie Hickman is a backup at best and special teams player. I would be looking at proven winners first – Matt Patrica and Sean McDermott.
