11. Bam, Tyler, and Jovic are overpaid plain and simple, and they have to go in order for us to move forward. We don't need ANY stars, we need good players 💯

    PF: Bam 😒 or Pascal Siakm

12. 15:50 we turned nobody's Caleb, Strus and Gabe into dudes that got paid.
    Even Duncan Robinson got paid again by Detriot who is in 1st place now with Duncan.

    We have the worst front office but the best player development.

    Thats why I'm soo cool with blowing all this up.
    I have confidence we can develop players quick and turn this team into something with hope, opportunity and assets.

    Makes no sense to keep older players around making big money when we are perennial play-in team!

    Just get rid of everybody making money for picks and young promising players.
    That way you can put yourself on a path like OKC did.

13. Heat are doing pretty good for having powell as their #1… and bam as the 2nd. Player development is still better than most teams

15. When was the best era in the Miami Heat’s history? It was the D-Wade era. And how did we get him? We tanked the previous season. So I don’t understand why we don’t tank after Jimmy is gone.
