That is an excellent observation. Part of the problem with the misery of the team has been the owners that the fans have been saddled with.
As a military man, I find it absurd that Jim was called “a leader of men”, then we find out he threw a temper tantrum when he got passed over. Then he doesn’t want to honor his contract. I guess that’s alright if you’re making millions. But if you are a part of those who make less than $75K a year, you face consequences.
Jason is 💯 correct! The Browns try to do business like everything looks good on paper. But when you really look at things you done ruined 25 years of football doing business this way!

The Browns should have asked Jim Schwartz how he felt about the possibility of being a general manager if he doesn't get the head coaching job.
these two are absolutely miserable
As talented as Schwartz is, he comes out looking like a complete child at the end of all this. Does he think other owners don't see this and it wont be held against him for another potential HC job? Does he think other HCs are gonna want a DC who is itching to take their job away from them? The NFL may very well be done with Schwartz and it will be entirely of his own doing.
