It’s giving The Gyro Captain from “The Road Warrior”
I’m actually pretty excited to see him make the jump to pro
Who is this future disappontment ?
I’d love him and a 1st round pick more.
I’m excited to see him play. I watched the rookie video from the Kings and he seems awesome
If you think this guy single handedly is going to transform us to a winning franchise I got bad news for ya.

I don’t think I’ve had any negative thoughts about green tree, damn I haven’t even really thought about him tbh
The biggest knock on him is he took a step back in scoring this season, which people blame on speed, hustle, and/or lack of an elite linemate. Fine, but that ignores that a) he had major surgery this summer and it took a while for him to get right and b) he is deliberately playing a more complete game at the expense of production. I don’t think he’s some slam dunk future star, but he’s genuinely a legit prospect that would have been high on any team’s overall list. Not nearly enough for Panarin, but that ain’t Greentree’s fault.
