Imagine if Stafford played this Pats defense, it would have been Super Bowl 48 all over again.

  1. Definitely a fraud MVP runner up.

However if the Rams played the Pats he would have done better because in all honesty our defense was pretty mid. We even made Bryce Young look elite.

Rams probably win a high scoring shootout type game as opposed to a complete domination like SB 48.

  2. The fact that it was a 1 vote difference was such a joke. With this vote and the HOF travesty I really hope there are some changes in the future

  3. Glad stafford won it he clearly deserved it and yeah based on the Super Bowl performance, which was one of the worst for a quarterback ever, you’d have to say he definitely wasn’t quite as good as his regular season numbers suggested.

  4. I think he was rightfully the runner up but it shouldn’t have been even close. Stafford was clearly better.

  5. Legitimately one of the worst Super Bowl QB performances I’ve ever seen. At least he put up some respectable garbage time TDs… one might even call him Drake “Stat Padford” Maye.

  6. Even disregarding his Super Bowl performance, it really came down to one main question for me – if you swapped Maye and Stafford this past regular season, how does each team perform? NE has at least a good a record with Stafford, while the Rams offense unquestionably takes a step back with Maye at the helm. All these advanced statistics overcomplicated something that should’ve been simple.

  7. I mean, Rams defense is ass, so I’m sure they’d have given up more points than Seattle did.

  8. It’s an embarrassment to the league it was as close as it ended up being. Almost Sheduer in the pro bowl level stuff

  9. This subreddit is chock full of the whiniest sore winners and the whiniest sore losers I’ve ever seen.

  10. I’m too lazy to do the math, but maybe one of y’all can.. please provide me with the yards touchdowns and interceptions and fumbles versus the Seahawks defense for both fraud and staff, daddy

  11. Knew this was coming. They would’ve lost to the Broncos if Nix played. They would’ve lost to the Texans if Stroud was playing for the right team in the first half of that game. They would’ve lost to the Chargers if their offensive line wasn’t six rubber bands, a roll of duct tape, and a stop sign

  12. Maye and this Pats team were revealed to be total frauds. The Pats were never in this game. The only time the Pats had some chance when the score was 19-7, Maye gets happy feet and throws a pick in the middle of the field. Most of the yardage was garbage time when the game was over.
