[Scotto] JUST IN: Indiana Pacers swingman Johnny Furphy underwent an MRI today, which confirmed he has a torn right ACL, league sources told @hoopshypeofficial.bsky.social. Furphy, a key contributor who the organization is high on, has started 21 of 35 games for Indiana this season.

16. This is horrible news but not unexpected… he seems to rely a lot on athleticism so hopefully this isn’t essentially the end of him. hopefully he works on his three point shooting as much as he can because that seems pretty key to him getting back to where he was.
