Love the way he speaks
I notice he has a squirrely/lazy eye… I wonder if that is part of what makes this kid a stud!
The two biggest takeaways for me are how he is being realistic about his timeline and he has explicitly mentioned playing for Calgary. He probably has another year or two in the NCAA, followed by a year or two in the AHL, before he would realistically be a full time NHL player; and you have to worry about players who get frustrated with the process of becoming a pro. Beyond that, there is always the fear of a college player not signing but most of the time you see that players avoid talking about playing with the team that drafted them.
