  2. I wasnt sure bout kubiak at 1st. I thought harbaugh would have been better with more exp n with his brother in the same division. After seein all that knows kubiak n all the shanihan ties kubiak is a better fit. Im glad kubiak was the one chosen.

  7. It's a 4.5 grade for me. I'm not tripping that he won't get the right coordinators and coaches that he wants. But usually when they hire somebody this late in the cycle the coaches they truly want are sometimes gone. However the following year they bring in the coaches they want.

  17. sorry but while i agree with your take on Kubiak and hope not only for MANY Superbowl wins as well as the emotional destruction of every team we face…….finding fault with the previous coach's when WE ALL thought they were the fix the Raiders needed …..PRE SEASON ……coaching is part…..players are a part…..ownership/management is a part….and it ALL has to work together at a high level to win……as we know any chink in the armor at the NFL level and you get eaten alive by everyone else
