Kubiak is a solid offensive guy, Hes my favorite OC in seattle in a very long time

I dont care if they start out 0-6. We absolutely must stick with a coach for 3 years and stop calling for heads! Someone has to get a fair shake at building something here. We arent going to win a SB next year, likley won’t make the playoffs and will finish last in the division but for fucks sake let someone change over more than the 7, or 9 guys we get to draft next year and the 10-15 FA we get to sign of a 53man roster. Dont start the same BS this fan base has done for the bulk of 40 freaking years! Its not ready to win because its so bare. Much much much barer than CHI,NE,LA,DEN ect…..we have to give him at least 3 years before firing him.
I believe this guy will definitely turn things around. It may take a year or two but Kubiak is the goods as long as they do not interfere with him. Let this guy put together his staff. No more Greg Olson retreads and get a real o line coach. Had zero confidence in the Carroll hire. This feels different. Thank God.
No fucking around this time guys. We need to remember that we are currently the worst team in the league so we need to adjust our expectations for the next year or maybe even two. I have no doubt Kubiak is the guy to take us where we want to be but its going to take some time especially with a rookie qb that will need to develop as the year goes on. All I’m saying is we need to give our team some grace this year and in time our patience will pay off.
