The bulls are getting the #1 or 2 overall pick. Usually they are extremely conservative or just give away their 1st round picks. The league notified them already that they are winning the lottery that's the only way this nonsense makes sense.

Too good to be true, we may target a best player but in the actual season the player will be sent to GLeague coz per the coach decision, the player is not ready… again its not gonna work. There will come a time that no player wants to play with bulls except the “COACH”… this is only a prediction
